Refurbished concert hall "Listopad" opened in September 2003. It became the cultural center of the city. Auditorium for 1200 people, equipped with modern audio and lighting equipment, a spacious lobby compete with the best halls not only of Ukraine but also of Europe. Since this is the main stage area of the regional center, where perform the best local and international pop artists and collectives, there also take place performances of symphonic and chamber orchestras, etc. The infrastructure of the palace make possible to conduct a variety of conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
