In the 18-19 centuries this part of the city was built up with luxury houses of the local aristocrats and improved by the marvelous parks and alleys. All of it has practically survived and today it pleases by its unique sights.
The modern four-storied hotel has been put into operation in September 1999; its opening was dedicated to the city’s jubilee celebration, 1100th Anniversary of Poltava, while blending in with that unique architectural ensemble.
