Internet Agency ‘Welcome to Poltava’ guarantees timely and accurate fulfillment of your order.
We will do our best your gift to be delivered to the addressee in case of any possible mistake in the address of the recipient.
If your order has not been fulfilled due to our fault, your deposit will completely reimbursed!
Processing your order
After choosing chocolates, please, click ‘Order’ and you will proceed to the page ‘Order form’.
Please, fill out all necessary fields in ‘Order form’. We would recommend you to pay attention to the fields contained information about the recipient and his/her address details, as you, as a customer, are completely responsible for providing us with correct information.
You should provide us with the following information while filling out the form:
• Correct address of the recipient (home/work/etc) and his/her contact telephone number.
• If you do not mind the recipient to be contacted by phone, our manager will contact the recipient to specify time and place of the delivery. If the provided phone number is not a working number or is unavailable and the recipient isn’t at the scheduled delivery place, please refer to the DELIVERY section on our site.
• If you object the recipient to be contacted by phone, the contact number you provided will only be used when the delivery is failed (the recipient isn’t at the scheduled delivery place / address is incorrect)
• Your correct contact information is necessary for details, possible changes and miscommunication situations.
Confidentiality
We guarantee confidentiality of all personal and contact information you provide. Your information is solely used to process your order.
If you indicate “Confidential delivery” in the field ‘Comments’, we guarantee your name will stay confidential to the recipient.
Delivery time is 9 A.M. – 8 P.M. Delivery is only over Poltava (Mon-Sun).
Minimum term of order fulfillment is 24 hours after 100 % deposit reception.
During holidays you should send your order at least two days before the date of fulfillment.
Methods of payment
After placing your order and submitting your personal information, please select your preferred method of payment and fill out the payment form.
You can choose the following methods of payment:
· Bank transfer
· Payment via Western Union
· Cash (at our office)
Delivery is fulfilled only after the reception of your payment in the amount of 100%.
Same day delivery is not offered.
We encourage our customers to specify the delivery time. We guarantee the exact delivery hour, indicated by you in ‘Order form’.
If by any reason you cancel or put alterations to your order, please email or call us at your earliest convenience. We will change/cancel your order provided you inform us 24 hours prior to the delivery day.
When contacting us about changes/cancellation, please provide us with your full name.
We are happy to offer our photo services upon the delivery. You can request this option, but the recipient has a right to accept/decline this service. You will receive the picture through e-mail the following day. The size will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that the photo service is complimentary and does not affect your order/delivery rules and guarantees. Picture sizes and quality are not a subject to request refunds on your order.
Delivery Confirmation is emailed to the customer the following after delivery day.

If the customer failed to provide us with the correct delivery address, he is responsible for the shipping and handling fee for the second attempt delivery. If the customer chooses not to have a second attempt delivery, and requests a refund we will not be able to grant it. The order is considered to be processed and the cost is non-refundable.
If the recipient is not present at the address provided by the customer at the time of the scheduled delivery, the manager may leave the order to the recipient’s co-workers, family members or neighbors. If it is not possible, and you would like to attempt another delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee for the second attempt delivery. If the customer chooses not to have a second attempt delivery, and requests a refund we will not be able to grant it. The order is considered to be processed and the cost is non-refundable.
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery due to some reason, our manager will notify the customer. The order is considered processed and the cost cannot be refunded.
If placing your order you fail to provide us with the correct address/ recipient name and contact information, we will try to get in touch with you and confirm this information. If we are not able to contact either of the parties, we cannot process your order.
If you fail to pay 100% of your order we cannot process it. Please note that we do not accept partial payments.
If we detect that your order cannot be placed/delivered, we have a right to cancel your order and refund you 100% of your payment.
