Internet Agency ‘Welcome to Poltava’ guarantees your timely and accurate meeting at any place within Ukraine and comfortable transfer directly to the necessary for you place.
After choosing a car, please, click ‘Order’ and you will proceed to the page ‘Order form’.
Please, fill out all necessary fields in ‘Order form’.

After placing your order and submitting your personal information, please select your preferred method of payment and fill out the payment form.
You can choose the following methods of payment:
· Bank transfer
· Payment via Western Union
· Cash (at our office)
Delivery is fulfilled only after the reception of your payment in the amount of 100%.
When placing an order, please, indicate the correct time and address/place where you would like to be picked up. We guarantee to provide you with a car and chauffeur at time, specified in the Order form except force majeur conditions.
Force majeur includes traffic jams, weather conditions and disasters (hurricane, storm, flood etc.)
If by any reason you cancel or put alterations to your order, please email or call us at your earliest convenience. We will change/cancel your order provided you inform us 24 hours prior to the date, indicated in your order.
When contacting us about changes/cancellation, please provide us with your full name.
Terms and conditions of your order
If the customer failed to provide us with the correct address/place to be picked up, the order is to be fulfilled only through additional payment.
If the customer by any reason cancels the order and informs us about his decision less than in 24 hours before 12:00 p.m. of the day specified in the order, the order is considered to be fulfilled and advance deposit is non-refundable.
If you fail to pay 100% of your order we cannot process it. Please note that we do not accept partial payments.
If we detect that your order cannot be placed/delivered, we have a right to cancel your order and refund you 100% of your payment.
