“People at this agency are great! Initially I made my apartment arrangement through an agency located in Crimea, but I used ‘Welcome to Poltava’ for taxi transfer. When I arrived in Poltava, there was no one waiting at my apartment with keys as I was promised. In addition to not speaking Russian, it was very late at night and I didn’t have a phone. My taxi driver called the agency director and he showed up in 20 minutes. He made a few phone calls and I got my apartment keys! People at ‘Welcome to Poltava’

Regarding the services "Welcome to Poltava" provided:
This agency offers superior customer service, property rentals, and earns the highest marks from a seasoned international traveler!
The apartment I rented was exactly as pictured on the website. It may have been the most luxurious apartment I have ever rented in a foreign country. The building was centrally located, clean, and modern. The apartment itself was well maintained, beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and could easily have passed for a 5 star hotel room. The price was significantly less than even an average Ukrainian hotel would ask. I was extremely pleased with the accommodations after having been disappointed in the past by other, more expensive agencies and their Soviet style service.
My contact person at "Welcome to Poltava" was Oleg. I am happy to recommend him highly as he provided very attentive and professional customer service. When my plans changed at the last minute, he went out of his way to accommodate me. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. Even more important, he actually called me during my stay to make sure everything was to my liking and to see if I needed help with anything. He offered great advice on local restaurants, helped with transportation, and turned out to be quite an interesting person besides!
In the future there will be no need for me to contact anyone other than "Welcome to Poltava" for all my travel needs in and around Poltava. This is because I know that I will not find a better deal or a better agency! I really cannot say enough good things about my experience in Poltava because of this agency. I think any intelligent person traveling to Poltava should strongly consider using "Welcome to Poltava".
